Regarding the picture you provided, you could see the vehicle you reserved is a manual car.

And you could see the supplier's confirmation number is the same, so they did not make a new reservation for you.

And in your rental agreement, they have removed the amount you paid online. 

All these charge you paid at the counter is upgrade fee and insurance you added.

So, for this situation, there will not have any refund from us.

그리고 공급자의 확인번호가 동일하여 새로 예약을 해주지 않은 것을 보실 수 있습니다.

그리고 임대 계약서에는 온라인으로 지불한 금액이 삭제되었습니다. 

카운터에서 지불한 모든 비용은 업그레이드 비용과 추가한 보험입니다.

따라서 이 상황에서는 환불이 불가능합니다.
